Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused, unopened physical patterns in their original protective sleeve to ensure they arrive back to us in sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your items back to our sewing studio in London.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
